I am the laziest fuck on the face of the planet.

You’re “space” has nice space.

ohsoquiet

lets not call it lazy, lets say you’re utilizing the marvelous affect of simplicity. how’s that?

selfinduced

No, I’d pretty much call it lazy. Heh.

ohsoquiet

meh, i tried to glamorize it.

stormshadow

i liked the direction it was going visually and conceptually, selfinduced. why did you flub it up??

cowpiesurprise

It seems too ironic that the kerning/tracking in the word “space” is so tight that there is no space between the letters. If there is no space in “space,” then I expect the universe will collapse on itself and all of existence will be a void forever more. Do you really want that on your conscience?

skoppy

corvus, loved your first image. selfinduced, loved your remix of the first image, especially the robot. didn’t care to much for img 04 however. it could just be the color blue you used. i hate pastels.

selfinduced

Hey Corvus, are you still alive?

Corvus

I am a little busy these days, but I already sent the image to become a “welcomed memeber.” I will send the next image soon…

Beautiful image, Corvus. Have any insight on it? Just a suggestion of a better way to use space?

selfinduced

Hey, great to see you have triumphantly returned…

Great image. I’m trying to formulate a reply.

inman

Damn that’s fine. Your technique, statement, space, all of it top notch. I like how you’re subtly reintroducing the waveform line art from the first image…

You’ve created space but still provided interest - all without the use of stars or cheesy Star Trek references. Keep it up!

Corvus

Thanks Inman. The image on the left is a drawing from my drawing classes. When I saw Selfinduced image surounded by so much space, I saw it as an empty living room; then, I just placed a art piece in one of its corner.

randy

That is a beautiful drawing Corvus. Makes me want to set-up out some still life pieces and charcoal when I get home. Great job all around on img5!!

Corvus

Thanks Randy. I really enjoy drawing. I would like to have more time to do it. It is amazing how this kind of medium helps you to develop your creativity.

Corvus

Selfinduced, where art thou?

selfinduced

I had no idea how to come back on that image of yours.

I gave this image a 1. If you’re going to completely eliminate the previous image you should have the decency to replace it with something that you created (I’m pretty sure you’re not Bill Watterson)

“Blah. blah, blah, it was a statement about how lazy I was,” is no excuse either…

selfinduced

Hey, I worked hard on that caption, even got the Calvin and Hobbes font… heh.

Sorry that you don’t aprove master Inman :-(

Next time I’ll take the whole day at work to finish an image.

inman

I wouldn’t worry about me not approving…

RevDrLuv

Wow that caption is pretty convincing! I thought you just scanned a C&H comic since it seems exactly like something they would be saying.

I miss Calvin & Hobbes. Now the legacy lives on with images of Calvin peeing on everything from Chevy logos to Iraqi national flags. Has anyone else noticed that he is also slowly morphing into a whole different little kid with each new sticker?

bharper

the key word here, is WORTHLESS… both in regards to the images corelation to the theme.. and also in that Calvin has no such word in his vocabulary.. or more acurately, he would never refer to himself as worthless..

bearskinrug

You walk a fine line here, selfinduced… But I won’t hold it against you. I think you’ve justified your image…

glorymachine

I have to say that I really like the use of light in the first image. Diagonals are great for movement, good job! Looks like the image is in action.
