Designologue
Nice
very cool!
but i wouldn’t have used the same splatter brush more than once…
Gua, Gua, Gua G-unit.. Nice G.. what was all that small talk the other night, i thought we had something. ; )
Very pimp my friend.
The Vector master has posted,Nice work G. its good to have you on. Lotus its gettin deep in here;)
and its all snoop dogs fault!..
very nice image G
love the simple grunge., Keep that flow going..
awesome
The thing bugging me about num. 2 is that all of the elements on are roughly the same size and all pushed to the edges. I would like to have seen a stronger graphic element break up that huge white center and provide some dynamism to this piece.
Otherwise good work and a really nice step forward from image one.
illlllllll…sweet man, nice skull & bones action here. Nice job. Good use of negative space (come on Dr. Luv…) :o)
Ya, with that big white space i was trying to use negative space to make the image even stronger. i had played around with an image in that area but it did not work….. it was distracting. Thanks for the post!
P.s. i threw some skull n bones in there. the new world order is among us. 322 is their code and you know their Symbol.
I can’t be too objective about this as I think the 2 images are great and I’m a big fan of red, white & black, but I do see Rev.Dr.Luv’s point about the large white space in IMG2. Having said that I hope this logue continues to be red, white & black throughout :)
an other day it is…the Robot is super Dope. Nice placement of the objects.
arthaus we are going to keep the color combo just for you. : )
thank you, the red and black is a definite option all through out………it creates “APOKAKIPTIKAL DESTRUCTION”:)
This piece is sick.. It picks up the Crumbs with a heart that beats Drums..
YAY! bring on the red, white & black. Although I suppose the challenge will be how do you make each volley different enough?
Greets - stylin series here peeps!
This last image makes me shiver - and the image of the baby (aside from reminding me of that scene in Trainspotting) draws my eye so much I almost don’t see the rest of the image…
The red of the bomb insig is a little iffy - is that the same color or not?
Otherwise, slick and tight.
ditto!
to be honest, i’m not really feeling image 4. either there’s too much going on for my taste, or i’ve grown tired of the format. as arthouse mentioned, it’ll be interesting to see if you guys can stay with the visual theme and keep in fresh.
I am definitely feeling this series, really different, nice work
c … really different? I don’t think so, they all seem to run together after awhile.
Thank you C! thanks for appreciating a SERIES. well talk to you guys next week…….anybody watching the YANKEES……peace.
Thanks C, We are trying to keep this Series on the same flow, But with an over all ORIGINAL LOOK! Lets see If We Can Keep It going……..
This is quite excellent o/
Monkey Mayhem: Lovin these images, I kno you fellas are doing a series but how bout a new element to spice things up a bit.. AI-PK-EuRip-G - style:/Filetype.ApokalipseAdobo..Mmm What up fallen angel? Img4, feelin that eurip.
EuRip, I like how you add the chaos and G sort of breaks it down. I enjoy this last one.
Thanks Beerad, it took me a little while to post, trying to dig my self out of this freelance pile and with the release of halo 2, I have not really had time to work on any dsnlg. I really had a hard time getting an image right for image 6, I played around with a couple ideas and went with this one. I am glad your diggin it. This dsnlg was a lot harder than I thought it would be…. just trying to stay away from explosions, fire and dead people….. I think that would have been a mush easier way out…
Post Bills For Life
Fresh….. Rating an image with no post
My favorite of the series thus far.
I Like the Design. Also I am appreciating the more simplistic look, but I always pictured a messy apokalipse..Who knew?
RAD!
Like the designs on the side, but the text on the right seems out of place, not stylised like the rest of the piece. Looks more like an after thought.
Looks like you flexed mad skill on this one Eurip, Great way to end this DSLG. I can understand where inVZbl is coming from, yet I think the blocky, simple text provides a nice balance. Though it would be interesting to see this piece without the text allowing the Senior Apocalypse to be self explained.. Awesome work, I appreciate the time and concept relevance that went into this.
yeah, i really liked this logue a lot in-process, but your text at the end made me go back through it and appreciate it anew.
good stuff from start to finish and with an unusal consistency of style for a dsnlg
added to my favorites
thanks for the post lotus & Lincoln,
i really tried to get some depth with this logue. i was going to leave the text out, but i think it really helped complete the logue. thanks again
Oh and lincoln Your “Revolving Home” logue is Super Fresh! Luv that Logue, the style is dope.
WhereIsEveryOne
Great designologue! I like both your styles.
the end is near
